Bhutto’s assassination can be directly related to John F. Kennedy’s assassination. Americans could have understood Bhutto’s assassination more if the newspapers had reminded the readers of the reaction to JFK’s assassination. Both reactions prove that political martyrs are considered courageous, even if they might not have been well-liked during their presidencies. Bhutto and JFK are given respect and honor for dying for their respective countries.
