ON AUGUST 1,2007 I-35 MISSISSIPPI RIVER BRIDGE COLLAPSE,IT OCCUR DURING THE RUSH HOUR.THE BRIDGE WAS BUILT IN 1967,IT WAS 40 YEARS OLD.THIS BRIDGE WICH CARRY APPROXIMATLY 200,000 CARS PER DAY CONNECTED THE CITIES OF MINNEAPOLIS AND ST.PAUL.THE BRIDGE WAS RATED STRUCTULLY DEFICIENT AND MANY OTHERS AROUND THE COUNTRY ARE IN THE SAME LEVEL OF DEFICIENT.THE BRIDGE WAS RATED DEFICIENT DURING THE INVENTURY IN 2005 BECAUSE IT SCORE 50 OUT OF 120,BUT OFFICIALS SAID THIS WASN'T A THREAT TO THSE WHO USE THE BRIDGE,THAT THE BRIDGE COULD RESIST UNTIL 2020.THAT INDEED IT NEEDED TO HAVE HAVE SOME REPAIRS DONE BUT THE STATE HAD TO HAVE TAKEN CARE OF..AFTER THE BRIDGE COLLAPSE GEORGE BUSH ,WHO EDITORS CONSTANTLY REMMENBER HOW SLOWLY HE ACTED WHEN HURRICANE KATRINA STRIKE AND DESTROY NEW ORLEANS.SAID THAT THE GOVERMENT WILL DO WHAT EVER IS ON THEIR HANDS TO RESPOND AS FAST AS THEY CAN TO REBUILT THE BRIDGE.

AT FIRST WHEN THE BRIGE COLLAPSE OFFICIALS SAID THEY WERE GOING TO INVESTIGATETHAT IF THE WORK THAT THE BRIDGE WAS GOING TROW HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT.APOX. 3 WEEKS LATER INSPECTOR SAID THAT PIGEON DROPPING COULD BE ONE OF THE CAUSES OT THE COLLAPSE OF THE BRIDGE.THE PIGEON DROPING HELP THE STEEL TO RUST FASTER BECAUSE IT CONTAINS AMMONIA ANSD SALT.
AS A RESULT OT THE COLLAPSE 13 PEOPLE WERE KILLED,AND MANY WERE INJURED.THERE WERE MANY WHO SURVIVE,,ONE OF THEM WAS A SCHOOL BUS FULL OF KIDS THAT GOT OUT OFF THE BUS THROW THE BACK WINDOW,LIKE MANY OHER DID TO SCAPE FROM BEEN SMASH BY OTHER CARS OR BY THE OWNS BRIDGE CONCRETE.
